Welcome to Pimped out PC. I’m your host Linus and the system we are gonna be
checking out today is one from a buddy of mine whose acquaintance I first made at a 24-hour modding competition, Bob Stewart for BS mods. Let’s have a look at what he can do with a little more than 24 hours to build a modded out rig. The theme in this one is open-air design for outstanding cooling and phenomenally easy access to the internal hardware for
upgrades. Not that you’ll need to be upgrading in anytime soon. More on that later. First let’s take a look at this baby
physically. The entire case is handmade using 1/8th inch thick aluminum for the outer shell, 3/8 inches solid aluminum for the base, and a thin sheet aluminum that forms a decorative backplate. The whole thing has been powder-coated in an absolutely striking red that has had me tempted to cover the thing up in a shipping crate
to keep everyone in the office from stopping what they’re doing
when they walk past to marvel at it The hex screws used to hold the outer shell to the motherboard tray add an industrial touch to the otherwise rounded outer shell with its tastefully stylized HyperX and Savage vinyls. And while many modded-out PCs go
straight for the LED accent lights this one uses its open design and black
silver and red interior theme to allow the natural light up the room
to bring the viewer’s eyes naturally to the sick individually sleeved cables
on the EVGA Supernova 1200 P2 to power supply that’s plugged into the EVGA E97 Classified motherboard and dual GTX 980s and SLI. The red rings on the Thermaltake
Water 3.0 Liquid Cooler that’s responsible for keeping an Intel Core i7
4790K running cool, and of course the shiniest red bits of all: the 32GB HyperX Savage DDR4 2400MHz memory running in dual channel, that are responsible for allowing nearly unlimited multitasking and the two HyperX Savage SSD’s running in rain 0 that will provide double the total available bandwidth to the system compared to
a single SSD SATA solution. Something you may have noticed about this ring by now is there are absolutely no external connectors. No front USB, no front audio. It doesn’t
even have power and reset switches. That is 100% by design and the
eventual winner on this system will be using this which is built right into a motherboard to power this baby on the for the first time. Wait, did I say winner of the system? Aw
year man! Check out the link in the video
description to learn about how you can get a chance to take this it baby home. Thank you for watching
this episode of Pimped Out PC, I hope do do more of them and if you want to see make sure you’re subscribed to the HyperX on YouTube.

I hate to say it.. but if I won this I would have to take it out of that case, at least until I had the money to further mod the case with plex to make it enclosed. I have cats, and always leave my system running. I would rather not have a cat stepping on a running graphics cards PCB.

Hey guys need some help, I made a pc and these are the specs. Its 800$ AUD and parts are pretty expensive here in aus.
CPU: Intel Pentium Anniversary Edition G3258
    Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45 Motherboard
    Graphics: MSI Radeon R7 260X Overclocked 2GB
    Memory: Kingston Hyper X Fury HX318C10FK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Blue
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003
Power Supply: Be Quiet! Pure Power L8 500W Power Supply
Case: Deepcool Tesseract SW USB 3.0 Mid Tower Chassis Black/Blue

Could you tell me how well it would run games such as Rust, CS GO , MW2. Maybe you could even tell me how well it would run on some new big games like The Witcher, if you can let me know how well it would do that would be great. Ps if you have any better builds that are around 600-800 AUD Comment below.

Hey can someone help me with a build; this will be my first. I want it primarily for gaming and music production, so I do want 16gb of RAM and a really good GPU. I want to MAX out EVERY (if not most) game. My budget is $1,200 and may go just a little over. Also do I need a good sound card if I have a good sound system. Thanks 🙂
