Hi, I’m Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In
this video clip we’ll be routing our legs. Once our legs have dried, if we take a close
look, we have this little lip here that we are going to need to cut flush with our plywood.
To accomplish this, I set a flush cut router bit and my router table. There is a bearing
on top of it that when we put our board up against the bearing it is going to ride along
the plywood. The cutter is going to cut any wood all the way up until it’s flushed with
the plywood where that bearing is.

    ok. you should clean the dried glue off to prevent your cutters form chipping, also an easier way is just to use a table saw set up with an off set fence.

    No starter pin, fingers right next to the spinning bit, and direction of feed is going the wrong way

    OMG I was in the middle of the video and it refreshed because the ad glitched and didn't show….. So it forced me to watch the ad….. youtube is turning gay with these ads…..
