“How to use Vyapar for your Business” Firstly, what’s important about vyapar is that… Vyapar is a Simple and Easy Accounting application using which.. you can manage
bookkeeping activities of your business Hassle Free. To use this, you need No Accounting Knowledge. Vyapar is a completely offline Application i.e All your data is stored completely on your device
(Mobile/Laptop) and nowhere else. It will never be shared on internet. So, once the application is installed.
This will be your First Screen. Here, enter your Business Name, Phone Number and Email ID to start. In the first screen, you’ll have to choose your country … thereupon, you’ll see this screen In Vyapar, you get to see all the sections available such as.. Parties, Items, Reports etc are shown over the Left. All the action such as sale, purchase, cash in, cash out that you’ll create .. are placed on the Rightmost end. Now, Let’s Create a Party and
then Create an Invoice for the same. A Party can be anyone eg: your customer, vendor.
We shall call him as a party Let’s Create a Party. Enter the Necessary Details such as Phone Number, address etc. of the party if you wish to.. Credit balance is where you need to enter the amount which you are supposed to receive or pay to/from the party Mark it as Receivables if the party owes you this amount else… Mark it as Payables if you owe this money to the Party Let’s mark it as receivables for now
and Create the Party. Let’s Create an Item to sell through this business. Here, enter the Item Name, Code(if required), Sale Price and Save it. Now, let’s Create an Invoice for this. You can see that for there are shortcuts for every transaction, in this case it is (ALT + S)
~ to create a Sale Transaction Let’s Create a Sale for the classic enterprise (Example) Here it is important to note that in this transaction… Total Amount is the Bill Amount and the
received amount is the amount given by the party at that time assume the party pays you Rs 300 out of 900 RS
(bill amount). Pending balance is automatically calculated and added in the party account. In vyapar, there is no significant difference between Credit Sale and Cash Sale.. except that received amount will
deducted from the total amount. Lets save this transaction. In Vyapar, if you wish to customize your business… Please go to Settings where all kinds of
configurations are given using which.. you can customize vyapar for your business. For eg: For enabling stock maintenance, go to inventory settings and turn it ON. Go to General Settings and enable GST settings if you use GST Go to print settings where you can find all the kinds of configurations related to printing using which..
