Hello everyone
This is AAKJ Today we will continue to dismantle mobile phones. Today we’re going to dismantle the motherboard Because it’s also a two-tier design like the previous generation.
Then we need to separate the upper and lower levels of the motherboard first, and then dismantle the hard disk. Then remove CPU. OK Let’s do it Let’s put the motherboard on the heating platform first. start-up Heating at 150 C for about two minutes OK It’s 150 degrees Celsius now. Let me see if I can move again. Previous motherboards were heated at about 150 degrees Celsius. OK All right let’s just take it down. And then this one this motherboard The components inside feel comfortable to see. OK Just now we dropped the board when we took it off. Let’s see if we can turn it on first. Single board to see if it can enter the system First connect it to the negative pole. Because I don’t have this connector now. So I have to clamp the electricity like this. Try to turn it on or not. OK The current is coming up. See if the screen can be lit. OK The screen is on. Let’s see if we can get into the system. Now it’s the status of a single motherboard. Single upper plate This is Max. Entry system is OK No problem. Touch function is normal This logic is very good. We just turned on the single-deck motherboard and installed the screen. can also enter the system. Then you can touch it. I think it will be more convenient for later maintenance. Previous touch connectors on the lower panel this look After each repair, you need to detain the lower layer to test it. It’s more troublesome.
Now it’s more convenient in the upper panel for our later maintenance. Later if the information is retained If the upper board is good, it’s all right. The lower floor is not important. Next, let’s dismantle the hard disk. First remove the edge glue from the hard disk. It has small pieces on all sides. We need to divide it up. Otherwise, a lot of small parts will fall off. Almost all right. Choose where to cut your knife Knife from this place Two capacitors can be removed It would be more convenient.
You don’t have to take it away. It is also possible to enter directly from this way. It would be more comfortable to take it off. And then get rid of these two capacitors directly. I think it’s better to cut the knife in this corner.b OK perfect Look under the microscope.
OK is perfect
Let’s put the welding oil first. Drag tin with electric soldering iron Actually, the bit of this hard disk is the same as that of the previous generation. I don’t know if it’s universal or not. Then we can try it out. Clean and flatten the pad You can use a tin strap for a little bit of force. Wipe off some glue first It’ll scratch well then. Clean it up for everyone to see. There’s still a little glue left. There’s still a little glue left. Let’s start here. It’s the same anyway. It’s the same on either side. Actually, these generations of versions Hard disks are almost the same.
Their hard disk contacts are almost the same. It’s just that its original bottom is different. In fact, it can also be used. It’s just a machine that writes at the bottom of the original story. If you are interested, you can understand it. That’s all right. Let’s plant the hard disk in tin first. Later, we will start the single-deck motherboard first. See if this current is different from the previous generation. There is no glue on the hard disk. Nothing remains. Does not affect Just plant tin directly. We use the tin planting net of the iPhone 8 It’s the same. allright, tin up Wipe it. Start heating Let’s put the hard disk aside first. Then turn on the power and take a look at it first. Without hard disk Look at the current. It’s about the same as the previous generation.
Let’s install the hard disk first. OK Next, let’s put in the welding oil. Not too much. Just a little. Then put it in the right place. OK Almost Start heating Let’s try it again. Click the boot button
The current is coming up. See if the current can rise Good current OK Next, let’s disassemble the CPU. Let’s remove the edge glue first. Start here first. The parts around are really dense. It’s all small parts. So be careful when removing glue. Try not to get rid of small parts Because it’s scarce right now. If it’s gone, it’s more trouble for you to go and find it. Of course, there may be other machines that can also be disassembled.
But it’s so troublesome. That’s all right. Let’s take it out and start prying it down. Let’s cut the knife from here. From this corner OK allright Let’s look under the microscope. Not bad
There’s more tin blown up here. It’s not bad Look at CPU below. Let’s clean the pads first. First inject welding oil Heating replacement of tin This generation seems to have more small parts than the previous generation. All around the edge Densely packed When towing, try not to let the soldering iron touch small parts
Sometimes the temperature of soldering iron is higher.
There’s low-temperature tin on it. It’s more trouble to drop it and make it up again.
OK Clean it up with a tin strap A little lighter Don’t rub it off too hard. Just remove the glue a little bit. In fact, the whole operation is not very different from the previous generation. The only difference is that it’s new.
here Cut off the extra parts Clean up Then see how much glue there is left. If you put a cloth cushion under it, the dirty things will remain on the cloth. If you only use a brush
Maybe the dirty things are getting worse and worse on the brush. That’s all right. has a few small areas
Let’s remove the glue. OK Basically, it’s already OK. No problem OK Next, let’s deal with the CPU Place spot welding oil first Clean up the excess tin When ironing CPU, the soldering iron should not go up entirely. Be as light as possible
Because I don’t know whether this CPU is temperature-resistant or not. The temperature is too high for fear of damage. OK Almost. Wait for it to cool down. Today we use another way of removing glue. This is the glue remover. This degumming agent was made by my friend and sent a box to me at that time. It seems that the goods are out of stock now. But I have some more here. Go upside down and show you the effect. Let’s start with a little It may take a little time. Let’s leave it here. Look at it for about five minutes. See how it looks. It’s corroding the glue now. We can clearly see that. OK It’s about five minutes now. Let’s touch it with a razor blade. See if the glue is broken. Wow, that’s obvious. Did you see? This glue is almost dissolving. It’s almost done. OK Then let’s scrape it off with a razor blade. Want a go This is very convenient. It may take a little longer. But it’s OK. Minimize risk as much as possible That’s the best.
But I still don’t like it very much. I prefer to use handwork. Blow with a wind gun The effect is perfect.
It feels like the glue has been completely carbonized. OK There’s still a little left in the middle. Because a lot of tin is blocked. Let’s brush with a brush to see if we can wipe it off. For the rest, I’ll tow it with a soldering iron first. Exchange tin Cooling slightly Let’s brush it again. Clean up the remaining residue OK Perfect. There’s a little speckle. Let’s get some more banana water. Make it more perfect Give it a try with a razor blade Because that’s a little bit of carbon that can be lightly removed.
OK OK This method is good except for being a little slow. perfect OK Next, start planting tin. Because this is a new model. No manufacturer is making this tin planting net. I went to the factory to build a piece. Tin planting net Otherwise, there would be no way to plant tin. Let’s first see how well this hole is punched. well yeah? Want a go Pretty good perfect Every hole is standard Right? It’s a little dirty here. We need to brush it. Otherwise, it’s not good to plant tin. Almost. Let’s plant tin for a try. Look at how well the net is playing. clean it Try it Wait a moment I’m going to clean up the tin beads. Or else it will fall short. Another one. There’s a little more in the middle. Give a gentle sweep Don’t worry After all, the net is… It was made without a good design. perfect We haven’t designed this tin planting net very well. Just scan the whole size of it. And then it’s made. not bad Very counterpoint
So let’s clean up the excess tin first. Don’t homing at this time. If you blow up the small tin beads It’s more trouble for you to do it again. So pay more attention to the details. You can also use a brush directly.
I’m afraid it won’t be seen in the crack. Let me clean it up first. There’s a little bit more in the crack like this. OK Brush again with a clean brush good Homing Look at the perfect effect. not bad Next we’re going to install it.
Let’s get the motherboard over here. So before we install it, let’s look at the current without CPU. allright Let’s go through the whole system. OK Now there is no CPU Let’s turn it on. Look at what electric current is.
It should be about 10 to 20 mA. OK So it’s almost the same as the previous generation. Installation of chips Install outside the microscope Because this (CPU) is larger. Air gun heating is not uniform Let’s put some welding oil on it first. And then get ready to install it. OK Heat up Give a gentle push. A blue smoke Good smell! Cool down Don’t be so anxious. Almost Let’s try again by electricity. fine Next, let’s turn it on again. See if it works. I don’t know if I will fail or not. Boot up. Boot up. Let’s see if we can go up. OK it’s up Then we install the screen and try again. Now let’s put on the screen and start it again. See if it shines. Light up. OK. Let’s see if we can get into the system. OK The lights are dimmer. I didn’t install face ID. So it’s less sensitive. Look at this motherboard Give a close-up. We have reinstalled the hard disk and CPU just now. It’s not much different from the previous generation. So tomorrow we’ll get a small Pro. Then the test resistor is removed. Let’s see if we can change a Max. allright That’s the end of this video.

    有没有可能把最新的处理器A13移植到别的比如X 7P8P之类 还有把目前XS和苹果11的英特尔基带更换为以前高通的基带呢?
